What happens in the first session?

When you sign up, you'll have a short call with our head coach, who learns your goals and matches you with the right coach. Your coach then builds your program. In your first session, your coach runs a movement screen over live video, watching how you squat, hinge, and brace, then writes a program specific to you before your next session.

What tech do I need on my end?

A stable internet connection and a device with a camera, phone, tablet, or laptop. You use the Bespoke Fit app, available on iOS and Android, to book sessions, message your coach, and join live HD video. Everything works in your browser too, so you can train from a laptop without installing anything. We help you get set up when you start, dialling in your camera angle so your coach can see you properly and checking your connection holds up.

What does 'live coaching' actually mean?

As many as you want. The membership is unlimited, train two days a week or six. Your coach is happy to recommend a cadence based on your goals and availability.

Your coach does, built around your goals, your equipment, and what they saw in your last sessions. No template libraries, it's written for you. Your coach also varies the work so training never settles into the same repetitive routine, and they tune it to what you enjoy and respond to best.

Yes. That's the whole point. Live, every rep, they see you, they cue you, and they adjust load or movement on the spot. Pre-recorded apps can't do that.

No. Your coach owns your training: form, programming, accountability. Food, supplements, and health decisions stay yours, with your doctor or a registered dietitian if you want expert help. Tell your coach what's relevant, like training fasted, and they'll adjust your sessions around it.

No catch. Our coaches are vetted, certified professionals based in countries where the cost of living is significantly lower than where our members live. Today that's the Philippines, and we're expanding into Eastern Europe, South Africa, and Latin America. We only select coaches with solid experience, real credentials, and fluent English. There's no facility to rent and no commute, just live HD video. You pay a fraction of local trainer rates, and our coaches earn well above their local market rates.

Yes. For a longer break, freeze for $79/mo instead of your $299 rate, and we'll hold your coach, your spot, and your locked-for-life rate. You can't book sessions while frozen, but you keep messaging your coach for the odd question. Short trips need no freeze, you can keep training with your coach from anywhere. Email us or tell your coach to set it up.

Yes, and we'd love to. Bespoke Fit is online, so you train with your real coach from anywhere in the world. Different time zone, a hotel gym, or bodyweight only, your coach adjusts the session to what you've got and you keep full access to message them. No need to pause for a trip.
